Should i give it a try??????????
I have been trying to date spanish guys because i am spanish and i was trying to please my grandmother(spaniard) who was living with my family at the time. But unfortunatley i live in an all white upper middle class neiborhood and there are not any here. I started college and their were some spanish guys only i dont seem to have anything in common with them mainly because i eat Italian food only Spanish i eat is the traditional costa rican(grandfathers side) streak, rice, beans and plantans , ocasionally flan, and some sea food.Most importantly do not speak the language and all my friends are white.I do get asked out by lots of white guys though should i go for it?
I really was unhappy trying to please my grandmother
It is hard enough to develop a good, long-lasting relationship with someone you have interests in common with and an attraction to… why make it harder by setting boundaries on race or other basically meaningless criteria?
I know how it is… I wanted to please my family too. Now, all the ones it would have mattered to are gone and I sometimes wonder what would have happened if I had followed my heart. Don’t be too eager to please others, you might miss out on the best for You!
