French Vanilla Flavored

Is all coffee flavored ice cream caffeine free?
At the frozen yogurt shop down the street they have a coffee flavor, but it says it’s caffeine free. Is that true for all coffee flavored ice cream or do some have caffeine? Also, with the cappuccino flavor jelly beans, and also for these French Vanilla Coffee-flavored hard candies I found, it says on the ingredients list they use coffee. Would that more commonly be decaf or regular? I know either way it’s like a drop of coffee but I’m curious.
Only the ones that is from a serious producer and is marked: caffeine free is so. The others are made from coffee, strong or concentrated.
It is a long process to make coffee decaffeinated so most will use regular good coffee.
