What would be the most popular roasted coffee profile?
What kind of roast would be most widely preferred by the general consumer (market)? I personally like dark (full city, french) roasts ground finely (espresso), but don’t know if this would be typical ou there.
I think your right, French is probably the most popular, However the more coffee tastes that are out there, the more they differ. I like the Italian roast from starbucks (when on sale) Melita makes a European roast and I recently bought some Rwandan coffee that is great and inexpensive if you buy from costco.
