Why is coffee popular? I purchased green coffee beans, and they would never pass USDA quality, and be banned.?
Ethiopian and Indonesian coffees are hype. Cupping is one thing, swallowing the swill is another. A world gimmick. I say set strict standards, with truthfulness about age and potable quality, not sweet lies and sales hype.
Coffee is popular because it tastes good and gives a slight “boost”, caused by the caffeine. The rest of your question is a rant.
