How many pages an hour can your average college educated adult read?

I can read a novel in an hour. Words per second can vary in a person’s mind and so with how they read. There are those who read faster and others slower, whether they be both average.
If it’s an interesting book, a person can read up to 400-500 pages. I its not then it could be there stuck in page 1. Students really are bored when its an educational book unless it has a deadline or the person is in the mood, the pages are done in time, but if its not in the person’s interest, “buuuuzzzzzzzzzz”….:-)
