Starbucks French Roast

I want to have a coffee enema. Do I use a frapuccino, macciato, vanilla latte, or french roast from starbucks
I am confused about this. Should I use these in regular or decaf? Do I add cream and sugar? Venti or grande, I am 5’7″ and chubby? I am doing this because I am not very regular. I have also noted that the drinking lid will not insert very easily. What can I use so it all stays up?
